Working Wheels: Application

STEP 2:
Complete the Working Wheels Application

This application will help Working Wheels staff determine whether you are eligible and qualified for the program. Please answer all of the questions. (The Working Wheels application can be accessed by completing the eligibility review in step one.)

The application asks for personal information that we are required to gather, as well as your income, the support services you receive, cars you have owned and employment information.

The application also includes a "Statement of Need" which gives you a chance to tell us more about yourself, why you need a car and why you would be a good candidate. There are no length requirements and your statement can be handwritten in the space provided or typed on a computer and attached when you submit your application.
